The Suter Street Projects, comprising five meticulously designed duplexes, stand out with a unique approach. Each duplex shares the exact same footprint, a deliberate choice to streamline construction efficiency and adhere to timelines. As the project progresses, the commitment to quality is evident in every detail.
Walking into the duplex, a spacious and practical open floor plan greets you. The kitchen seamlessly connects to the dining area, providing a functional space for families. Towards the front, a comfortable living area awaits, offering a place to unwind. The attention to detail extends to the lower level, where a half bath adds convenience to daily routines.
Infrastructure milestones have been achieved, with electrical and rough plumbing work completed. The focus now shifts to insulation, sheetrock installation, and the commencement of finishing touches that will give each unit its unique character.
Ascending the stairs, a well-lit landing leads to three bedrooms. The master bedroom, with an attached master bathroom and walk-in closet, is on the left. Bedroom number two is directly behind, and to the right, bedroom number three is accompanied by a Jack and Jill bathroom.
