As you approach the entrance, you'll see the new concrete walls that are made to look like wood but are actually poured concrete with rebar for strength. The entrance structure is being built with steel and will soon have a wood roof and decorative signage.

After 2.5 years of dedicated work at VMRC, we are proud to announce the completion of two magnificent quadplexes. These units are the fourth consecutive project we have undertaken at VMRC, replacing outdated residences with modern living spaces. Ranging from 1,537 to 2,258 square feet, each quadplex consists of 2 single-story units and 2 loft units.

Harman Construction is delighted to share some exciting updates on the recent renovations taking place at Hearthstone Manor Independent Living Facility within Bridgewater Retirement Community. The aim of this project was to transform the outdated appearance of the building, which was constructed 30 years ago, into a more aesthetically pleasing structure that harmonizes with the surrounding architecture. Harman Construction has completed an impressive renovation project in the heart of Downtown Winchester's Historic District. The former Winchester Star Building has been transformed into a modern mixed-use building, while still retaining the charm and integrity of its historic exterior.

We are excited to share with you our latest project at the Bryce Resort Sports Center, where we are currently hard at work. One of the things that we pride ourselves on at Harman Construction is our exceptional construction management services. For this project, we brought all team members on board just after the design was finalized, allowing for close collaboration and consultation throughout the construction process.

We don’t usually build structures to be intentionally set on fire, but this project is a bit different.

We have begun a really unique project in Nelson County for the Wintergreen Fire and Rescue in Nellysford, Virginia. What we call the “Burn Building” is a 34’ x 28’, two-story, concrete structure for live fire training exercises.
