Zack Fletchall

Zack Fletchall

LEED AP, Project Executive

About Zack

After winning a Lego building contest at age four, it’s no surprise Zack grew up to complete a degree in building construction from Virginia Tech. Active in the industry, Zack currently sits on the executive committee for the AGCVA Valley District and has previously served the USGBC’s SWVA chapter as both vice chair and chair.

A team-player, Zack thrives off his interactions with co-workers and helping clients understand construction as it relates to their project. One recent owner commented, “Every time you speak, I learn something new about construction.”

Married with three young boys, Zack enjoys live music, playing disc golf, and whipping up award-winning chili.

Dustin Harper

Dustin Harper

Senior Project Manager

About Dustin

If he looks familiar, maybe you remember him from his days on the Harrisonburg High School soccer team. Dustin, a Harrisonburg native, returns home from Pennsylvania with a business management degree from Messiah College and extensive experience working for a top-three, national contractor.

The dynamic aspect of construction and seeing the process through each day is what Dustin loves most about his job. A true people-person, he believes a project’s success is directly related to building strong relationships with co-workers, subcontractors, and clients. Dustin places a strong personal value on working with honesty, so it’s no wonder his clients enjoy his professionalism, foresight, and leadership throughout his projects.

Though he’s no longer playing soccer, Dustin still enjoys time spent outdoors with his wife and two sons. You’ll often find him with a camera, snowboard, mountain bike, or attending local music festivals and relaxing to good music.

Seth Lind

Seth Lind

Senior Project Manager

About Seth

Seth grew up in Jamestown, New York—the middle of the Snow Belt. In case you’re wondering, he likes the weather here better and says, “Snow is overrated.” Before making his way to Virginia, the project manager earned his B.S. in business from Ithaca College. Locally, Seth is on the board for the Harrisonburg Lions Club and like many of the Harman team, he is active in the local AGCVA chapter.

Seth takes the success of each project personally and gets great satisfaction in handing over a completed project to a satisfied owner, knowing he or she will come back to Harman for future building needs as well as refer Harman to others.

When Seth and his bride of 10 years aren’t chasing around their two young daughters, he likes to golf, fish, and do home projects.
